Satisfaction

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, then we will gladly accept the return of items in their original packaging and new condition. Please include the original invoice for online orders.

For all returns, we provide a pre-paid shipping label free of charge.

Customers may return the item within 30 days of the shipment date.

Please allow up to 20 days for us to receive and process your return. We will send an email notification when we have completed the return. Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Cancelation

In the event that you placed an order and need to cancel before the item has shipped, please send an email to us at info@simplybetterproducts.co. We do our best to ship within 24 hours of receiving an order.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please alert us immediately if your package is damaged in transit or defective in any way. We will work with you to replace it immediately.
